- First, if you hire a locksmith from the Internet, do the background checks. Are they registered locksmiths, do they have a business license, and do they have insurance?
- Second, if a locksmith refuses to give you a firm price on the phone, do not ask him to handle your work.
- Third, if a locksmith sticks you with a bill to which you did not agree, do not pay it.
